Ground floor studio 44 sq.m. in the heart of Kavala and at the beginning of the beautiful old town. It is easily accessible by car, but the big advantage is that almost everything you need or would like to visit in Kavala is within walking distance! On the back side it has a small traditional, closed courtyard, and on the front glass door that opens and creates an airy living room. You have direct access to the central market and the picturesque area of Agios Nikolaos, and is located next to an all-day market and a picturesque cafe, with a view of the harbor. It is mainly available for a couple or two friends, as it has a king-size bed with two separate mattresses… Due to its location, it is ideal for travelers without a vehicle or with a motorbike, as it has a special place for them right outside. Also ideal for those who come for work, as it has all the amenities they need and a jewelry safe. Children are welcome, however, for safety reasons, due to the special nature of the accommodation, they are only accepted upon prior arrangement.

The neighborhood is the old town itself, the most beautiful and picturesque part of Kavala! As we like to walk, we timed for you everything we think you would like to do and see…. 😉 Literally in seconds you can be in a supermarket, cafe, grocery store, butcher, souvenir shop, dry cleaner, hairdresser. In just 1′ on foot, at the monument of Apostle Paul, at the port, at the arches. In 2′ you have many choices of taverns and bars at any time of the day, but also the traditional area of Agios Nikolaos, as well as the central square. In 3′ you can be in the carnagio, at the imaret, at the lower side of the castle. In 5 minutes you can visit the statue and house of Muhammad Ali, the lighthouse, the church of Panagia, the open courtyard with a view of the entire city of the 7th elementary school, but also, if you want, you can sail by boat to all the islands of the northern Aegean! In 7 minutes we meet the famous Panagia rocks, pebble beaches for swimming, diving, fishing, and the archaeological museum. In 12 minutes, you can cover almost any distance in the city center, but also to a sandy beach!!
